Side Chaining. Side Chaining increases the intensity of a kick drum by reducing the volume of your main melody when your kickdrums hits. The Side Chaining Envelope Out of the Kickdrum Pro CV can be patched to the Gate-In of a VCA. You then pass your main melody audio signal through the VCA. Now the volume of your melody is reduced whenever your kickdrum is triggered. Standard practice in Techno and EDM. Don't buy a kick without it.

Goa Kicks?

Decay in Pitch AND Volume for a dirty, gritty sound. Simply connect the Kickdrums Envelope Out to the Pitch CV input.
